Every Thursday starting October 20th through December 1st
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon **
** Presentations will be followed by a box lunch
You will learn:
Ways to stay safe when out in the community
Simple and fun balance and strength training exercises
How medication can contribute to falls and balance issues
A home safety check list
You should join us if you have:
A fear of falling
Fallen in the past
A risk of falling
A desire to learn how to prevent falling
