Johns Hopkins School of Medicine is involved in several Memory Studies:

1) Brain Imaging research using a PET Scan (Positive Emission Tomography) If you are in good health and are not taking medications that affect the brain and are over 60 years old, you qualify to participate. Call 410-550-4192, compensation for time & transportation provided.

2) Have you noticed changes in your memory? Johns Hopkins is conducting A study to see if a low dose anti-seizure drug can improve memory function in older adults. Contact Caroline Speck at 410-955-5057. Compensation for your time and reimbursement for parking & mileage.

3) Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative to determine whether imag- ing of the brain can help predict and monitor the onset and progression of Alzheimer’s. Contact Stephanie Kielb, 443-287-0381. Compensation of $50 per session and $200 for lumbar puncture.
